“He abused me, he struck me, he overpowered me, he robbed me”. Those who harbour such thoughts do not still their hatred.

「彼罵我，打我，敗我，劫奪我」，若人懷此念，怨恨不能息。
「彼罵我，打我，敗我，劫奪我」，若人捨此念，怨恨自平息。
